Incident Management Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that incidents:

  • Are dealt with in an effective, systematic and timely manner;
  • Are handled in a manner that ensures the safety and wellbeing of those impacted byincidents;
  • Are thoroughly investigated and learned from, so that, where possible, future incidentscan be prevented or their impact minimised.
