We like to start by having a chat to learn about you and your needs. From here, we walk you through our service and how we can personalise it for you.
If it feels right and you’d like to get started, we can have you up and running the same day.
Getting to know each other
We start with a chat to get to know you and understand your needs. We then go through our service and ensure we cover off any questions you may have.
We gather key details including how you would like your bills paid.
We can also start the process through your Local Area Coordinator or Support Coordinator if you like.
We send you an easy-to-read Service Agreement
Based on the information you have available when we chat, we send you a pre-populated, easy-to-read Service Agreement via email or post.
You review and approve the agreement when you are happy with it
If there’s anything you’d like changed, we can adjust it for you.
Send us your signed agreement and we’re ready to go!
When you’re happy with everything, we can have you up and running the same day – yay!
