Plan ahead with our service quotation tool
Managing your NDIS funding can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we’re here to support. Our quotation tool shows you what your supports will cost, helping you stay on top of your funds.

With the new funding periods introduced in NDIS plans, it’s now more important than ever to plan your supports carefully and keep an eye on your budget. Our quotation tool is designed to give our Direct Employ Partners even more control over how you choose to use and manage the funding in your NDIS plan.
Simply provide us with a desired roster for your Support Worker(s) and we can project the estimated cost for you over a requested period of time.
Whether you want to increase your support hours, add an extra worker, estimate school holiday costs, or are going away for a weekend trip and want to know the costs upfront, we can quote you an estimated figure to assist with budgeting in advance. The quotation amount will be the total cost of the service for a given period of time, including your Support Worker’s wages, Superannuation, Work Cover insurance and any admin costs. This means that, unless your request changes, the quotation total should match the total you are charged for that period (subject to any End of Financial Year pay increases, and GST applicable for non-NDIS Partners).
Where you can use this tool:
- In your personal budget – If you have a self-managed plan or just want to stay on top of your spending, a quote gives you a clear idea of what your services will cost in advance. This can be useful to map out how changes to your roster will affect your budget, by highlighting shifts that attract higher penalty rates or other additional charges.
- To share with your Support Coordinator – They can use the quotation to help you select and schedule supports and better understand your budget. You can also include it as a supporting document for a plan review, clearly outlining the cost of the supports you require.
- To share with your Plan Manager – They can review the total estimated cost and compare it to the funds available in your plan, and can also use this figure to reserve funds for our service in advance, so you know how much you have remaining for other services.
We understand that things change, and your care requirements are always evolving. If we prepare a quotation and the result doesn’t match your budget, or your needs change, we can work through the request with you, make adjustments along the way, or provide multiple estimates based on different scenarios.
